Your right, YA would be more satisfied crushing the pps for 2-3 million profit and walk away, forget about the warrants.

Other banks might be smart and slowly bank their 2-3 mil profit on the CD AND help the company succeed so they can execute warrants for 20-30 million profit...

He'll if they didn't care about them, why even ask for them...
