the warrants...this is a joke right? when did any similar deal ever have the warrants excercised? w0w

and the andrews deal is as bad as the financing
the 400k fee to intellicell gets kicked back in part to andrews every month in the form of a 30k charitable contribution...in the end he is paying 20k a year to intellicell which will be covered too in free stem cells...his stem cells are FREE for research which is the way he will frame all the work he does so...

just sayin
