Oddly when Oceus did the DACA emergency network test with Space Data, it was on World Ufo day. There's another picture of 4 Skysats tied together for this test in the second link. Glad to see Oceus introduced to Ltas tech at the Nie at White Sands, they are both there.

Some folks have mentioned Titan but I haven't seen anything to confirm this. Could be them but then again maybe someone else. Think the Argus consortium started in the beginning of Sept, his quote is from Dec, and the Argus has been tested by the Dod at one time fwiw.
