19. Vertical International Relief Fund ("Vertical") is an alter ego front company of Babikian. Vertical is a Wyoming purported non-profit corporation organized on October 29, 2012, of which Babikian has at all relevant times held himself out as "chief asset manager."

20. Oriwa Villas Ltd. ("Oriwa") is an alter ego front company of Babikian. Oriwa is purportedly a Guatemalan entity headquartered at Babikian's former residence in Los Angeles, which he still owns.
