Puzzle. From my reading of filings $VNTH has the sole rights to mhealth technology license by nanobeak! Nanobeak holds majority intrest in vnth. Filings show nothing about msgi but it does show $300,000 cash 0 debt and prepaid royalties to NASA
It doesn't pay to assume anything further until sec filings are done! It's been sooo long on filings with msgi which not once is msgi been in any filings with vnth!
Not sure of msgi n nanobeak as all filings are soooo old im not smart enough to calculate what current structure is! But vnth is very visable and my opinion vnth is well on its way of getting this technology to market
By the way i seen a segment 2 days ago about mhealth - $vnth is in right sector at right time. It was on cnbc
