MSGI is suppose to be restating their financials, hence hiring the new accounting firm to do that. Since they ARE Nanobeaks parent company as listed in every PR ever released, everyone is waiting on the SEC to giver MSGI clearence to trade again. Everything hinges on the competence of the SEC, LOL.
