Can you tell me what the IDCC officers were paid in 1998, 1999, 2000, and when was all the options they have been so graciously cashing in awarded. I think you will see when the stock underperformed every telecom stock in the universe they was busy feeding at the trough. I also ask you to show me where board of directors of other midsize companies get the salaries and stock options the IDCC board of directors receive. I also ask why is Mr.Campagna the only one who is entitled to the benfits of the preferred stock, but it was quote in the best interest of IDCC to retire everyone elses preferred stock. Would it not also be in the best interest of IDCC to have retired his stock aslo, or was it in Harry's best interest that was being served?

Let me ask you a final question do you think that there is a officer at IDCC that is not replaceable at a even lower amount of money and benefits than the present IDCC officers, and that can do every bit as good a job or maybe better?
