VSPC has little to no IP rights for GKG.......

The sub sub license is worthless. It doesn't even have terms. Why would someone invest MILLIONS to build a plant using GKG, pay VSPC royalties, when VSPC may not possess any rights whatsoever?

They can go straight to the Inventor and get the grass themselves. China Gate got an exclusive in Guangdong and North America from the Inventor, but China Gate can sell seedlings to anyone.....except in Guangdong and North America. Big whoop!

Why pay royalties when you can buy seedlings?

Karl inks a few meaningless deals, plants a few acres, and tells shareholders the phone won't stop ringing. In the mean time the stock has been diluted over 1B shares since they got involved with GKG.

Schewe even suggested they would "self-fund" deals, which hasn't happened.

When the company won't.......no one will.
