I respectfully disagree. I think the institutions do not want to buy and hold because of the risk. How do you exit a stock with 40M shares lol? I think these are LPC type firms that were involved. They will get out when they can and then have the 0 risk call option with TONS AND TONS of upside potential. This is an attractive play for ANYONE. If the stock is at $0.28 you are telling me a company like LPC is not going to exit? 100% they will and then they will be left with their options.

BTW, I have been speaking with Kathy Bloch from CTSO and she informed me that an 8K would be released when the deal closed with the details. We can then findout who was involved, etc. Restriction periods, etc.

I think the institutions might not have closed because the 8K was not released. Maybe fridays price action scared them?
