Art...You're being too kind by calling it journalistic license. it's generally called deceit. a reporter was caught doing this some time back and all h#ll broke loose because that reporter, like Joe Shea, even injected comments on feelings of people when the reported on event had not occurred. I think it was a political report of some kind and the reason the reporter was caught was because after the story was filed the expected event did not happen the way it was reported to have happened.
