Yes, Joe is using jounalistic license to report an event in future time as though it had already occured.

At 8 AM Eastern Time the story will be accurate.


I'd love to see a lot of press coverage of the generous terms of the Addax agreement for ERHC after the PSCs are signed.

I am also hoping for more buying rather than selling on the news,
