Good Morning all........I believe Joe Shea's commentary in his blogger was a FUTURE reference to block 4 being signed. He stated,

"The signing of the contacts by Nigerian and Sao Tomean officials this morning at 8 a.m. EST (2 p.m. in Abuja) brought to an end nearly three full years of acrimonious debate...."

We aren't quite to 8am here yet.

Bobwill, I appreciate the headsup on the bloggers headline despite the fact that he puts it in past tense as if its already occurred. Perhaps he has appointments this morning and wanted to get the news up before it actually happened.

I am convinced that it will be signed this morning and likely very closely to 8:00AM since they have invited press for the official signing.

Stockguard....thanks for update posts. I'm hoping the drill ship steams in a direction that best suits our minnow for its next spudding campaign.
