If you own shares in BMSN by the March 18th effective date, you will be issued 1 share of Regen for every 147 shares of BMSN.

With a conservative estimate of Regen Stock beginning it's value at $1 per share, it means that from now until March 18th, BMSN PPS is going to rise and rise fast with people pushing and shoving to try and get automatic profit from the Regen dividend.
