I don't think he acts like he doesn't care about shareholders. Victor acts like he understands that there will be no shareholder value at all if he doesn't establish a fundamentally sound foundation to build the company on. You can't be fast and loose with the rules at this stage. All communication has to be minimal until all of the details of what they have been working on are complete and filed.
