I think you are exactly correct.
I think think Trade World bought shares on Friday's slide and then launched those dozens of tweets ("alerts") to light a fire under their followers (sheep). And I expect that the sheep will jack the price on Monday, just to see it fall again. There wasn't sustained volume behind the price, so the rally is likely to fade with time after the "followers" have bought in.
I just hate seeing people being taken advantage of, and if they don't know LQMT then they will not know what to do with their investment after the buy in. So as the price declines (just look at the chart, no debate necessary) then perhaps some will take their losses and move on. They won't even be able to make an informed decision as to whether the investment is viable in the long term or not.
But, I guess there really is a sucker born every minute, and I am amazed that they have any cash left.
I would much rather that LQMT stock succeed or fail on its own merit and not because of blatant manipulation.
