Sorry, but none of those items are allowable under SEC regulations. And, none of the items would have ever been reviewed, or accepted, by the SEC. The filing with the name change is automatic. No human even looks at it.

Again, it is very possible the SEC is, at the moment, completely unaware of these filings.
