dndodd: You incorrectly state that I have been "continue to argue over the possibility" that IDCC may receive some money from the Apple arbitration. I did not definitely state that there was no possibility of a monetary award. Like you claim you did with you comments, I also qualified my statement (below) concerning any monetary reward by using the words "As far as we know", and "apparently".



"As far as we know there was no monetary award. The dispute covered an interpretation of what specific products were covered by IDCC's license with Apple (see below from 10-K). Although there apparently was no direct monetary award, the determination of which apple products were not covered by Apple's lump sum license, allowed IDCC to obtain payment for those products under the per unit license with Pegatron, an Apple ODM."
