Excellent post Traz... Hmmm yes in the pr it says... It is anticipated that shareholders of record shall receive one share of Regen Biopharma, Inc. for every 147 shares of BMSN. The 147 may consist of common, any series of preferred, or any combination thereof. It would make sense that Koos to only make very few available to trade to drive the pps up. Oh man this is going to get crazy. The longer I hold this stock the better it gets. Sounds like regen will be on the big boards pretty quick. Koos is a genius.
