The rest of the disagreement is a matter of semantics with respect to the word indefinitely. Casablanca is technically correct that the postponement is indefinite insofar as CLF has not furnished a date.
In other words, my take is that Casablanca asked for a delay in the record date (but not the meeting date), and CLF responded by delaying both dates indefinitely.
