he sounded neutral about the whole thing. Said it could take a few hours or a few days. Said they had their lawyers contacting the sec and haven't heard back yet. Again.....he didn't seemed alarmed about it.....more like a routine action with the merger an all....FWIW

I'm not trying to be overly pessimistic here but he probably doesn't have any more of a clue than we do and he is just repeating what he has been told to say.

Agreed. The first reation from IR is always that the SEC want MORE info, as opposed to their wanting ACCURATE INFO.

That's the heart of the matter as specified in the suspension notice.
