Just called Rich @ Yes International.....he sounded neutral about the whole thing. Said it could take a few hours or a few days. Said they had their lawyers contacting the sec and haven't heard back yet. Again.....he didn't seemed alarmed about it.....more like a routine action with the merger an all....FWIW

I'm not trying to be overly pessimistic here but he probably doesn't have any more of a clue than we do and he is just repeating what he has been told to say.
