dndodd: Yes it is very clear that the APPLE LICENSE, does not cover LTE. However, it does not say anything about how dual mode phones are covered under the Pegatron license, which is what my post was about.

Under the basic principle that you cannot collect double royalties for the same product, if Pegatron is paying royalties on the LTE enabled products that they are producing for Apple, Apple would owe nothing for those products.
