I would say there are some significant negotiations going on over what is owed and a new license.

If Pegatron is paying for products not covered by the original license which shielded them and Foxconn from paying for 3G logic would dictate Apple owes us for unlicensed sales of LTE products.

Until the final confirmation due on April 4th I don't think Interdigital's conservative accounting will allow them to speak about anything monetary. JMO
