Remember, the sole justification for intellectual property rights is a cost-benefit analysis of pragmatism, and if you are not withholding revenue from the creater, you are not causing any harm. -- Spall

If in fact you avail yourself of services or goods without paying for them, you ARE "withholding revenue from the creator," and you are causing harm.
