I think the reason this is taking so long is in my reply to AF's article and posts. I believe the PFS vs OS endpoint issue is real and NWBO has known all along they will need to show minimally that there is no negative impact on OS of those receiving treatment. I don't think that is a very high hurdle to get over as there is about zero chance that treatment reduces OS and a very high chance that it will significantly improve OS. So if they got good or great data on PFS then the delay is probably in trying to determine if the OS data they have to date will hold up in a review for license.
