I believe what they say with regards to content (what they have done and what they plan to do) and SEC reports. However, I always take timelines with a grain of salt. I have run small companies and have driven through the mine field of early growth. Lots of things can go wrong impacting schedules. When I invest, I look at the stategy, the players and the environment they are planning on selling in. When they said they would have an update in "a week or so", I took that to mean no earlier than one week and as soon as they can after that. There is no universal definition of what "a week or so" means. My supposition of mid march is not disbelief in what the company is saying, it is a proper interpretation based on the business we are in.

Know your investment. Know the people you have entrusted your money with. Know that I greatly enhanced my position when we added Garrett and Dave as I am very confident that the previous management team were opportunists and not company builders. new management team seems to be approaching the business as I would. One step at a time.
