Hmmm, the important question is about what the Short's real intentions might be. Shorting to make a profit is one thing (not that I condone this, especially if lies about the company start to surface to support the short strategy).
However, if the Short's intention is to kill the company, that is something else. Maybe it's an attempt to delay the listing while something else happens?
Anyway, forewarned is forearmed for us and Ciggy.
I'm not knocking anybody for making a dollar but if shorts can't borrow, they can't game legitimate investors, IMHO.
