I tend to agree but things could actually be improving with tecj spending. I got a call today from a heavy industrial manufacturing company that wants to do a small fiber optic wiring project that will run about $10K. It looks at first glance that is a must do kind of work that they can't put off. I will let you know if it passes capital project approval status quickly as if there is money in the pot that can be spent.
