Am a bit nervous re his reputation for a propensity for multiple "visioning", i.e., moving on to next bright, shiny object(s), before *solidifying* the entrepreneurial project in wh/ he's been entrusted/encrusted. Will be helpful to soon know whether the wind thing is part of an ongoing ctc-solidifying process, or is part of his self-repositioning into something else.
