Trip Dads Posts are very efective in knocking down the share price. Much of this effect is because he posts overwhelming amounts of derogatory material, just prior to the open. This is very suspicious, and I think his timing of his posts are meant to damage the stock and to erode shareholder confidence. If he was only interested in facilitating discussion, and promoting the idea to replace managment, then posting on Saturday would be a better way to operate. This would allow time for discussion.

I doubt TDad has a position in this stock at this time. I also have to assume he is connected to parties looking to gain control of CPTC.

That said, he does bring forth detailed information and opens up questions regarding CPTC. Possibly, if not probably, BW has a vision, and he may not want much interference, hence the the lack of clarity regarding the strategies being employed. Also, maybe the reluctance to bring on truly independent BOD members. Visions are possibly not amenable to being overruled by others.

Trip Dad seems to hold the conviction that CPTC is some sort of scam organization, with BW pulling the strings, and at some point the whole house of cards will fall down. I don't believe this is the case. I have seen scam organizations before, and they generally don't bother to actually develop and perfect a revolutionary product which is able to be successfully tested and sold to one of the most skeptical industries in existance.

I believe part of the CPTC modus operandi, likely, is to maintain a decent stock price, and use this as the legal tender to finance the ramp up of this vision of an organization. Thus, Tdads efforts to torpedo the stock price repeatedly is detrimental to the development of CPTC. They may be useful, in some peoples view, to enhance the cahnces of a change in corporate management of CPTC.

There does appear to be synergies between ACCC and wind farm development. And, I would bet that there will be much excitement around both stories, wind energy and ACCC.

Sales of ACCC are not in control of CPTC, regarding timing. Wind farm development may help in this regard.
