A reasonable response. I see that you disagree with people who have, on this board, responded to the SA article, and in some detail.

I actually have no problem with the founders controlling the company at this point in its development. If I didn't think they were doing a good job or if I didn't trust them it's easier to exit through the always available door than it is to complain about it. There are always alternative investments.

Concerning the licensing agreements. They make sense to me and do not give me concern. But maybe you could sketch out a scenario that would justify concern?
