Leif, seeing questionable things then the hit piece comes out with some details. Details on special voting rights the board granted themselves over shareholders. The hit piece alluded to the license agreement in relation to the special class A shares voting rights.

The response here was basically for the most part that this is all standard.

Meanwhile the crackpot slinging mud actually makes sense a small part of the time. Between SA, him and the other obvious short position posts you've gotta wonder if there is something to what they're saying.

If better shareholder protections are in fact needed let's call it out (as the facts are) not dismiss it and then take it from there.
