It will be impossible to short any OTC issue EVER again. There will be no more shorty at all. Shorty will vaporize. After March 14...ANYTIME someone says shorty is keeping their POS stock down you can tell them that since the Stock Borrow Program was cancelled shorty is now a figment of their imagination.

A lot of posters on a lot of stock boards are raving about this change....and apparently it will change everything...
