My suggestion is to send subscribers (I am one) whatever material "nugget" you have regarding XXII and release the March newsletter in March. Otherwise you might be accused of gaming it and lose some credibility on the newsletter front.

IMHO, but I'm wrong a lot and will respect whatever decision is made.
