i do not understand the synergy between vdi and glassware.

glassware is java like for cloud, vdi is citrix for desktop.

i also am trying to figure out what do they think they have over the existing players, VMware, citrix , RedHat etc ..

This is all IMHO and with the limited research I have done. I do not give advice, please do your own DD.
