LOL, this is actually not a bad Idea. Just not in the way he tried to scam it.

3 things are necessary to generate electricity.

1-- magnetic field (magnets in the tires)
2-- conductor (winding in the hub)
3-- motion (spinning tires)

I think I've just invented a perpetual motion machine.

I need a shell.
