ok so here is the deal. whether you want to choose to believe this or not we had no intentions of shutting down nor losing all our debt for that matter. your comments regarding me and my family are defaming and lawyers have pulled all your posts and comments. if we ever sold one share of stock its one thing and would have been properly done with filings. To accuse and make the derogatory comments you do its time to put an end to it all. you want to come after me and my company and family so bad i will now give you the opportunity. as for wanting to see us in jail you moron, thats why we never promoted the company way you would have liked to seen. when you dont do anything wrong you cant get in trouble my friend. call us sleaze and everything else if that makes you happy. we didnt spend one dime of yours or anyone elses money for that matter. if you dont sell stock you are not using shareholders capital. you smart enough to comprehend that? im sorry you dont like me or my family but to say what you say i have no choice but to put an end to it. i have children just as you do that i love more than anything. stop the games or deal with the legal consequences is all i can say. im sure you dont need another law suite tough guy seriously. easy to hide behind a screen. im easy to find!
