Thats not what I asked. Yes I see the construction thats great! They got the approval to build a facility thats great! I can understand you want to create a facility before you get the license so your one step ahead of the others but, What happens if they dont get the license? Nothing in life is set in stone. Thats all Im saying. So yes its still a gamble. Everything in life is a gamble.
