HOLD on a second!? FITX is constructing the building without getting a letter or intent or a license to grow in Canada yet?

Does that seem smart? Wouldn't you get the license first then build the operation?

I am just trying to get longs and investors truthful opinion here. I have some friends that invest and I just want to learn more about this before I buy.
