It all looks good to me. The revenues- the share structure - The market Vapor Group is in- the products they sell- And from watching the trading the last 2 weeks others see what I see.

I've been playing shells for the last 3 years for exactly this type of opportunity. I've heard of these type of merger plays before- so far so good.
