This is what you said... "Sure looks like Ted was buying back shares based on the trading to me. My guess is they are close to the maximum." Sounds like you suggested they have bought shares...therefore trading in their own stock.....no? They are currently in possession of material non public information. You can't trade in your own stock while having that information...especially for buybacks.
