These, are on-line access points correct? They can set up banking relationships in approved states. The company has offices in California but is a Florida incorporated entity. So I think they can work around the road blocks. the bigger picture here IMO, is that the teeth of the cannabis laws are all but gone. I suspect by the the end of 2015 most of the states will move to rescind the prohibition on cannabis. Opening the door wide for a whole new industry explosion.
