You've got the wrong address, we have eyes on confirmation of a warehouse full of inventory(at the correct address), a retail location, and well, Joe was the CEO here till just a few weeks ago. But yes, it's well known that the merger has been in process for months now...possibly as far back as a year, nothing new there.

As far as selling presplit, lots of people said and did just that on vape, and lots of people didn't, and I can assure you those of us that carried over made a lot more cash than those that didn't if they traded smart, they certainly had opportunities to.

Also, most brands do go through multiple wholesalers and retailers, and many are marketed by different companies under the same trademark. No one here is saying that they are the exclusive distributor or manufacturer of anything. That has nothing to do with the fact that their particular label on the EGO product is generating +7 figure revenues, they may very well just be a licenced Joye distributor, regardless they are obviously VERY popular.
