IMO sell before reverse-split.

I can see this company is flying high with hype right now. Let me offer what I have researched.

First of all, "VaporGroup" is owned by Dror Svorai.
Dror Svorai was also the CEO of SPLI prior to "Merger,"
atleast going back to november of last year and likely further, see

So while he was pulling in "7 figure revenues with vaporgroup" (No proof or filings of this btw) he was also selling SPLI to himself/ Merging with himself, which apparently happened in January 2014 ...??


Second of all, his Dro Svorai's address is listed as this for SPLI last year, see the same link as above (SEC FILINGS):

Yep, you got it. This is the exact same address SPLI had back in 2013 and likely further. Nothing has changed. Now use google maps and take a good look at the building. No Vapor store, no warehouse or factory to make vaporizer parts. Nope, a simple little office building/appt that doesn't even have a sign.

Seriously people the good thing is all this stuff is filed with the SEC. Just carefully read the SEC filings (The only things we can say with certainty are TRUE,) and see for yourself. Start putting the pieces together.

Then take a look at the competition, if by chance vaporgroup does indeed see ecig supplies.. A million and 1 vendors sell EGO brand cigarettes, for eg http://www.altsmoke.com , http://www.totally-wicked.com/ , http://www.vaporkings.com/ , http://www.myvaporstore.com/ , and on, and on, and on... literally thousands of vendors. I have called around and NONE of them get there supplies from Vaporgroup..
Now look at the prices for everything at ANY of those websites, and compare them to prrices from vaporgroup: You will see the 1 site that vaporgroup owns sells the same stuff at a MUCH higher price! Yet they claim to be "wholesale???"

The EGO battery was originally invented and manufactured by joyetech, see: http://joyetech.com/ , don't be fooled into thinking this is an exclusive vaporgroup product.

This ticker has pump-n-dump written all over it. You all have been warned, let the hype bring the price up but sell before the reverse split, or before word gets out.

Now if you like, we can also discuss the terms of the split next. Mr. Svorai makes it very clear that can continue to add shares after the split, he will likely make millions off of the stockholders, but not off of any products.
