eom, just last Friday, NAWL increased the A/S all the way to 5,000,000,000. That "tiny" O/S will not be "tiny" long. Doesn't look like dilution yet, since price has been moving north today, but with just over 4,500,000,000 to put on the market, the printing presses will be on soon.

You should have seen the sell off on PHBT when its A/S was only tripled to 1,000,000,000!
