Jay, I was only at the December 2000 meeting at the Fairfield Inn in Anaheim Hills, CA. to see Fernandez's interaction with DFMI's shareholders. Once again, how did you know that Simpson nominated Panik to be the CEO, or is this a guess? I did know that Panik was once on the BOD for DFMI and he resigned.
