Bill, how could you say that you didn't know of anything. You have said on this message board, over and over that you knew and talked with Larry Panik
in Sept of 2000 or were you at the shareholders meeting at Larry Paniks house in August 2000.Read this On November 9, 2000, Dr. Panik issued a letter of resignation from the BOD of DFMI after it became clear DFMI was not willing to work out the issues and demands set forth in the October 31, 2000, letter sent by Mr. Salica.

On November 15, 2000, Dr. Panik was removed as a signatory from the corporate bank account.
On November 22, 2000, Dr. Panik returned the DFMI stock certificate that represented the 3,000,000 shares given to him at the April 26 meeting in Palm Springs. On November 25, 2000, Dr. Panik met with Mr. Simpson at Dr. Panik's office in Corona, California, to discuss the share structure and problems with the company.DFI/DFMI/TMM were shady times back then and March 7th gets closer to the truth!.
