Capital World Investors has a 10.9% stake in CLF, according to a 13G filing today:

Does CWI support Casablanca in the looming proxy fight? One would think so; however, the fact that CWI filed on Form 13G rather than Form 13D (used by activist shareholders) makes the answer unclear.
