True, as a paper filing that has been scanned (not well) and posted, it takes a little longer, but on these filings I always go back to front. The really interesting stuff is often in the exhibits so I start reviewing there, then go to the financial statements, then the body of the registration.

Always interesting how many bagholders claim the SEC filings are either fake or have been filed by a third-party in an attempt to harm the company.
