Obviously we trusted the filings available

Obviously, you didn't. That filing was available for anyone to see for months, but no one seems to have either read it, or actually paid attention to it. It should not have taken anyone for a loop if they actually did even 2 minutes of basic DD.

Those that ignore SEC filings are doomed to lose their money. Conversely, anyone that believes anything "filed" by the Company with OTCMarkets are also doomed to lose their money.
